Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non-negotiable, we work mostly with US customers in EST time zone) 

• Oversees project plans, project monitoring and adapting the project plans as needed. 
• Works with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and create project plan(s) that aligns with the project's objectives. 
• Create project plans, project charters and project schedules. 
• Maintains and manage risk repository for all projects. 
• Identify and resolve issues and risks. 
• Responsible for timely reporting on all Project status.
• Conduct and manage project status sync call with both internal as well as external teams. 
• Manage resources to make sure schedule is on track. 
• Responsible for Project portfolio management.
• Set goals and expectations for the project team and monitor status.
