Human Resource Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Shift Timings

Afternoon Shift 11:00AM to 08:00PM IST (Non-Negotiable, We work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e., from hiring to exit of an employee.
  • Making recommendations to improve HR Ops Technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member.
  • Set up processes for handling employee issues and grievances.
  • Design, maintain and update company policies.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances are adhered to consistently as per law.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance.
  • Responsible for employee engagement programs such as fun activities | Festival celebrations | Birthday celebrations | Offsite Trips, etc.
  • Manage other HR Operations like employee insurance, attendance, etc.


Minimum 6 Years

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in HR or MBA in HR or similar field. Experience matters not degrees.
